ABSTRACT:
Public records are the foundation of effective citizen centered
government. Easy access and use of these diverse assets is
crucial for productive interaction between federal agencies and the
American taxpayer. Recent electronic records initiatives for

partnerships between records managers, librarians, web managers

responsibility.
